When using either the removeTileAt or setTileAt functions, the "pre-baked" tile collisions for the scene are not modified, when it would seem like they should be.

I think there are two possible paths to take here: 1) Implement the tile combiner in the engine. 2) Allow non-combined tiles to be used, like we had in the past.
