Bug Issue: removeTileAt and setTileAt do not modify the collisions of previous tiles

When using either the removeTileAt or setTileAt functions, the "pre-baked" tile collisions for the scene are not modified, when it would seem like they should be.

(See the attached image as an example.)

I think there are two possible paths to take here:
1) Implement the tile combiner in the engine.
2) Allow non-combined tiles to be used, like we had in the past.

I think the best solution would be the tile combiner, it would be really helpfull!
